Sound Journeys held once a month. Events have been held at The Old Church, British School of Shiatsu and LSE, Holborn.
The Sound Journey is a guided meditation with the emphasis on laying in comfort with eyes closed, allowing sound to open deeper states of consciousness, perception and focused awareness. Also using vocal toning and featuring guest musicians.
I use: singing bowls, buffalo drum, voice, chimes, gentle percussion, guitar, bansuri flute, harmonium, electronics / loops / soundscapes
