Founding Statement

My intention is to create a safe space for sharing our experiences and expressions. I believe freedom and contentment comes from giving and listening with a generous spirit and encountering unity. Sometimes all that’s needed is confident encouragement, sensitivity and some humour!

I believe everyone has great potential as a leader, as a listener, in supporting each other, communicating and evolving through the power of music. I believe everyone can sing, feel rhythm and experience the joy, depth and fascination of sound.

My background in various music disciplines, Yoga, Tai Chi and Dance gives me a variety of tools for integrating mind, body and spirit in a way that feels nourishing, healthy and fun.

I am currently studying Indian Classical Music (Bansuri and Hindustani vocal at The Bhavan Institute, London).
I have played guitar and drums in post rock bands, guitar for kirtan, composed music for National Geographic Channel and Dance Theatre companies, and provided live music for 5Rhythms, DanceMandala, Contact Improvisation and Yoga Workshops.
I sometimes play Djembe, Dun Dun, sing and facilitate sound meditation with Drumunity CIC.

Music for me is in every breath and every moment!
Above all I feel music is a soul connection and a meeting with the infinite potential in each of us.
