Lunar Restorative Yoga

Lunar Restorative Flow and Sound Bath – 25.02.17

Hello dear friends,

I’m so delighted to invite you to the ‘Lunar Restorative Flow and Sound Bath’ session that Yoga teacher and musician Yan White (Sound Mandala) and I (Yoga Parinama) will be running on the 25th of February from 2 to 5 pm at my regular venue on Mattison Road.

This will be the first of a series of sessions that Yan and I are planning to run, the seed for a project that we are looking to develop over the next few months combining my years of experience teaching Vinyasa Yoga rooted in Krishnamacharya’s linage, and Yan’s music, sound journeys and Kirtan.

This first session will integrate Lunar-restorative flow Vinyasa with live music, followed by a meditative sound journey. Yan works with acoustic instruments and loops, weaving a rich sonic world conducive to deep relaxation and healing.

A beautiful opportunity to experience this unique fusion, recharge your batteries and nourish yourself on a Saturday afternoon.

The funds raised by this first session, £20 suggested donation, will go towards the Syria Relief Charity.

For you Yoginis and Yogis this will be a doubly rewarding practice as its fruits will go towards a most honourable end.

This event will be open for all levels.
Mats, props and blankets will be provided.

Please book your place by emailing [email protected]
